Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 pork tenderloin
  • salt and pepper
  • all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Lipton mushroom and onion soup mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup wine



Step 1

Mix salt and pepper with flour. Coat pork tenderloins brown on all sides in hot oil. Remove to shallow baking dish. Saute onion and celery in drippings. Put over meat. Mix mushroom soup mix with water and wine. Pour over meat, cover and bake 350 for 90 minutes.
