Ingredients
- 3 Tbs fresh Parsley
- 2 Tbs fresh Basil
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 3/4 tsp dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 3/4 Cups Canola Oil
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Whole Scallions, sliced
- 6 Whole Tomatoes, cut into wedges

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together all ingredients except tomatoes in mixing bowl. Add tomatoes and toss to coat. Allow to marinate at room temperature for a couple hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve with lots of bread to soak up yummy marinade.
