Easy Breakfast Burritos
Easy to make on a weekend and eat through out the month for a quick breakfast!
- 1 lb deli ham, chopped
- 1 bag hash browns, shredded
- 1 large jar salsa
- 35 flour tortillas
- 1 lb sausage, cooked
- 1 large bag grated cheddar cheese
- 30 eggs, scrambled
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and broken into pieces
Mix everything except the tortillas together in a bowl. Divide the mixture between the tortillas and roll up. Place them in an airtight freezer container and freeze. Take out the burritos as needed and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
