Easy Breakfast Burritos 1 Picture


  • 1 lb deli ham, chopped
  • 1 bag hash browns, shredded
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 35 flour tortillas
  • 1 lb sausage, cooked
  • 1 large bag grated cheddar cheese
  • 30 eggs, scrambled
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and broken into pieces


Servings 35


Step 1

Mix everything except the tortillas together in a bowl. Divide the mixture between the tortillas and roll up. Place them in an airtight freezer container and freeze. Take out the burritos as needed and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
