Parmesan, Oregano and Pine Nut Melts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1/2 t. oregano
  • 1 heaping T. pine nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine Parmesan, flour and oregano.
Place a cookie cutter on prepared sheet. Carefully sprinkle a tablespoon of cheese mixture into the cutter and smooth the surface.
Remove the cutter. Repeat with the remaining mixture, leaving a 1" gap between each melt. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
Bake in oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
