Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe mangos, peeled and cubed
  • 2 Scallions, trimmed and diced
  • 1/4 Cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork. Serve over grilled cajun style swordfish or your favorite spicy protein.
