Ingredients
- 2 Ripe mangos, peeled and cubed
- 2 Scallions, trimmed and diced
- 1/4 Cup fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, minced

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork. Serve over grilled cajun style swordfish or your favorite spicy protein.
