  • Sauce-use spegrhtti sauce
  • Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 8 oz shredded mozz cheese
  • 3/4 c finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 24 manicotti shells, slightly cooked

Step 1

Brown beef and pork sausage, drain. Put meat in a boml amd add remaining ing except shells. Mix well. Stuff shells.Sr=pread a layer of sauce in a 9x13 inch greassed pan. Layer shells on top and top with remaining sauce and left over filling. Sprinkle with parm cheese. Bake 350 30 to 45 min.
