Ingredients
- To make 2 crusts:
- 2.5 c. flour (no more than .5 c whole wheat)
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 2/3 c shortening
- 1 T vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- water.
- Makes 3 crusts.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients, mix well.
Cut in the Crisco.
Slowly add the vinegar-water solution until it sticks together right.
Dump onto wax paper, squeeze into an oblong shaped ball, and cut into the number of crusts as you're making.
Cover each crust with wax paper and refrigerate for 15-30 mins.
Roll it out.
