  • 1/2 cup of your favorite rum
  • 2 TB (tablespoons) sweetened lime juice (Rose’s® or any other brand)
  • 2 TB (tablespoons) grenadine syrup (Rose’s® or any other brand)
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
  • 2 cups ice cubes or crushed ice
  • 1/2 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream, divided (optional)

Place the rum, lime juice, grenadine, confectioners’ sugar, ice cubes, and strawberries into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth.

Pour into glasses.
