    # Ripe honeydew melon

  • 1

    c Buttermilk

  • 1/2

    c Unflavored low fat yogurt

  • 4

    oz Frozen limeade concentrate,

  • 4

    ea Mint sprigs

Directions

1. Peel, seed and coarsely chop melon. (There should be just over 2 cups). 2. In electric blender combine melon, buttermilk, yogurt and limeade concentrate thawed. Blend smooth. 3. Pour into four, 10-ounce glasses with ice. 4. Garnish each serving with mint sprig. Optional: For bar applications, add 1 ounce rum or tequila to each 8-ounce serving.
