Ingredients
- 1 1/2 # Ripe honeydew melon
- 1 c Buttermilk
- 1/2 c Unflavored low fat yogurt
- 4 oz Frozen limeade concentrate,
- 4 ea Mint sprigs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel, seed and coarsely chop melon. (There should be just over 2 cups).
2. In electric blender combine melon, buttermilk, yogurt and limeade concentrate thawed. Blend smooth.
3. Pour into four, 10-ounce glasses with ice.
4. Garnish each serving with mint sprig.
Optional: For bar applications, add 1 ounce rum or tequila to each 8-ounce serving.
