Ingredients
- 4 lb. cooked potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- melted margarine
- chives

Servings 8
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mash potatoes - don't use milk.
2. Add rest of ingredients and place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
3. Top with melted margarine and chives.
4. Bake 1/2 hour at 350.
