  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar (eyeball)
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • A few crushed ritz crackers for topping

Sprinkle flour and sugar on pineapples. Stir together. Mix in cheese. Sprinkle with crackers. Drizzle butter. Bake 350 for about 15-20 mins until melted.
