Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
• 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup bourbon
• 6 Tables. cocoa
• 2 Tables. dark corn syrup
• 1/2 cup confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together vanilla wafers, pecans, bourbon, 2 Tables. cocoa, dark corn syrup. Roll into balls and then in remaining cocoa and confectioners sugar. Store tightly covered.
