Vegetables: Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic & Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 t Aztec Sea Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Lay Brussels sprouts on rimmed baking sheet; douse with oil
Roast for 10 minutes
Remove from oven, add garlic and sprinkle with sea salt, using tongs, toss to coat
Return to oven, roast for 5 more minutes
