Ingredients
- 1/2 whole barbecued or roasted chicken or 4 pieces fried chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 lb shredded coleslaw vegetables (shredded carrots)cabbage with
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar

Step 1
Bone and skin cooked chicken: shred the chicken meat In salad bowl, combine chicken, coleslaw vegetables, and onion. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, sugar, vinegar, and ginger. Pour over chicken mixture, toss and serve. Serves two.
