Ingredients
- 1 Flank steak (approx. 3 lbs)
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 Cup soy sauce
- 1/2 Tsp tobasco
- 1/3 Cup dry vermouth
- Fresh ground salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Rub the steak with garlic, pepper and salt. Place the steak in a shallow dish.
Mix soy sauce, tobasco and vermouth together. Pour over the steak. Turn the steak several times. Marinate for at least 1.5 hours or overnight.
Grill steak and enjoy.
