Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs halibut
- seafood seasoning
- salt
- parsley
- garlic
- pepper
- dill weed
- onion
- 1/2-3/4 " cubed butter sliced thin
- grated cheese
- 1 can mushroom
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can mushrooms diced

Step 1
3 to 4 Ibs. halibut - cut in 1 inch pieces. Butter large casserole dish completely. Cover
pieces of fish with seafood seasoning and a light sprinkle of garlic and parsley, a pinch
of salt and fresh ground pepper. Then put pieces in casserole dish Sprinkle top with
dill weed. Spread one layer of chopped cooking onion. Next layer 1/2 to 3/4 cube
butter sliced thin and spread on top. Cover aU over with grated cheese ( 2 cups ).
Mix together 1 can mushroom soup, 1 pint sour cream and 1 can mushrooms diced.
Spread over top of fish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and NO MORE.
Serve with wild rice, rose cherry tomatoes, fancy wedged peach, cantalope and cheese buns.
