Ingredients
- 2 pounds lightly salted cocktail peanuts
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium-size bowl, toss the peanuts with the oil until combined. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on top and mix well.
Divide the peanut mixture in half and spread evenly on the baking sheets. Bake the coated nuts until light golden brown, 16 to 18 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
