Ingredients
- DOUGH
- 1 3 oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- FILLING
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dough well. Cut int 24 pieces. Press into bottoms and sides of mini muffin tins. Mix all filling ingredients and spoon into dough filled cups. Bake 325 for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 24 mini-muffins.
