Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 c flour
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c oil
• 3 c grated carrots
• 4 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix togetherwet and dry ing seprate and then together. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 40-45 min. Top with cream cheese frosting.
