John Wayne Casserole ♥

Ingredients

• 1 lb. jack cheese, grated
• 1 lb. longhorn cheese, grated
• 4-8 oz. diced green chilis
• 4 eggs (separated)
• 2 T Flour
• 2/3 cup canned milk
• salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Whip egg whites till stiff.

Mix egg yolks, flour, milk, salt & pepper.

Mix cheese with chilis.

Place cheese and chilis in buttered baking dish. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture.

Pour over cheese and chilis......as you pour, make holes in cheese to allow egg mixture to go to the bottom.

Bake at 350 for 45 min. Test with a knife.

Let set for 10 min before cutting.
