HUNGARIAN PEA SOUP

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of peas
  • 3-4 parsley leaves, chopped thinly
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 - 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a soup pot saute onion, add parsley leaves and peas and saute for 2 minutes. Then add red paprika, flour, and stir thoroughly and fill pot 3/4 full of water and add salt. When peas are soft add 2 handfulls of soup noodles, cook until soft. Add 2 tbsp of can milk and serve, * Add 2-3 drops vinegar to individual soup plate for taste.
