Ingredients
- 1 can (10 oz.) frozen non-alcoholic margarita mix, thawed
- 3 T. lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the margarita mix, lime juice and garlic. Pour 1 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
Drain and discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack.
Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4" from heat for 5-7 minutes each side, basting with leftover marinade.
