Strawberry Cool Whip Cookies

Just 4 ingredients make these pretty cookies! The hardest part is waiting for the dough to chill before baking. But it’s a short wait - you can do it!

- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Lite
- 3 egg whites
- 1 box strawberry flavored cake mix (dry mix only)
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a cookie sheet or baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Beat together Cool Whip Lite and egg whites.
Add cake mix and stir together. Dough will be thick and really sticky. Refrigerate dough for 20 to 30 minutes.
Place powdered sugar in deep mixing bowl.
Remove chilled dough from the refrigerator and, using a tablespoon, form dough into balls and drop into powdered sugar. Generously coat each ball of dough with powdered sugar.
Place sugar-covered dough balls directly onto cookie sheet and press gently with thumb to flatten into a cookie shape. Leave about 1 inch between cookies on baking sheet. Dough will spread while baking in oven.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes, until just done. Watch cookies closely in oven and remove before they turn brown.
