Pumpkin Squares

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup margarine
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 16 oz. can pumpkin
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 cup chopped nuts/walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and Pumpkin and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix. Stir in nuts.

Grease and flour pan. 350 degrees


Frosting:
3oz package of cream cheese (can add more)
1/3 cup of margarine
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
