Ingredients
- 2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2 T. honey
- 1 crisp apple (unpeeled & chopped into small pieces)
- 1/3 c. sliced almonds
- 1/4 c. raisins, opt.
- NOTE: May use trail mix instead of almonds and raisins.

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk milk, yogurt, and honey in a glass bowl. Stir in oats, apples, almonds, and raisins. Soak overnight in refrigerator to allow oats to soften. Muesli will be thick after soaking. It can be thinned with additional milk or half and half before serving.
