RAW Chocolate Cake Squares

Ingredients

  • For the Cake:
  • 3 cups walnuts
  • 16 pitted Medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • For the Chocolate Ganache:
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter, softened

Preparation

Step 1

Process the dates and walnuts first into a food processor (or Vitamix) and then add the cacao last and process until well combined. Press lightly into a glass 9 x 12 pan.


For Ganache:
Whisk all ingredients together and drizzle over cake base.
