Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare penne pasta.
2. Melt butter over med heat.
3. Whisk in flour and paprika.
4. When rue is thick add milk and cubed Velveeta.
5. Stir constantly until smooth and thick.
6. Add pasta.
