CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients

  • 3 Ibs. chicken wings or drumettes
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Step 1

If using wings, cut off tips and cut each wing into two parts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and vegetable oil. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over wings. Bake in shallow pan at 375 degrees for 1 hour or longer, basting frequently. Refrigerate or freeze. To serve, wrap in fofl and place in oven for about 10 minutes. Makes about 30. Nice for Christmas entertaining.
