Ingredients

    cup panko Italian style bread crumbs

  • 14.5 oz can fire roasted tomatoes

  • shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 1/4

    lb of 93 percent hamburg

  • 1

    egg

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degree's, in large bowl stir bread crumb's & 8 oz of the fire roasted tomatoes ( use chopper ) ( save the rest for later ), mix well & set aside for 5 minutes. Add beef, egg, salt & pepper to the bread crumb mixture until well mixed. Spray 12 regular size muffin cups with cooking spray. Divide beef mixture evenly among cup's, ( they will be very full ). Poke hole in center of meat & stuff nice amount of shredded cheese in hole. Place muffin pan on cookie sheet to catch any spillover. Bake about 40 minute's. Heat remaining sauce until hot,remove loaves from muffin pan & spoon heated sauce over loaves & serve .
