- 2 scoops chocolate Carmel protein (MGN)
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1/3 cup stevia or Splenda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup grated peeled zucchini
- 4 oz unsweetened apple sauce
- 4 oz water
- 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix (dry)
