Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (15oz) can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1-8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 T. cream or milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cup powdered sugar

Step 1
Mix oil and sugar well. Break in eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Add pumpkin mix and blend. Add flour and rest of the ingredients. Blend well. Bake in a greased jellyroll or sheet cake pan at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, butter, vallia and cream together until soft. Add pwd. sugar gradually until all of it has been added. Spread onto bars and refrigerate
