Ingredients

    eggs

  • 1

    cup oil

  • 2

    cups sugar

  • 1

    (15oz) can pumpkin

  • 2

    cups flour

  • 2

    tsp. baking powder

  • 1

    tsp. soda

  • 1 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 2

    tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 1/2

    tsp. ginger

  • 1/2

    tsp. cloves

  • 1/2

    tsp. nutmeg

  • Frosting:

  • 1-8

    oz. cream cheese

  • 3/4

    stick butter

  • 1

    T. cream or milk

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla

  • 4

    cup powdered sugar

Directions

Mix oil and sugar well. Break in eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Add pumpkin mix and blend. Add flour and rest of the ingredients. Blend well. Bake in a greased jellyroll or sheet cake pan at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, vallia and cream together until soft. Add pwd. sugar gradually until all of it has been added. Spread onto bars and refrigerate
