- 1 large broccoli crown, broken into florets, about 4 cups
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup halved black olives

Step 1
blanch broccoli in boiling water,rinse under cold water and pat dry.
whisk oil,honey,lemon juice,and salt. Add broccoli,feta and olives. Toss to coat.
