  • 1 round pumpernickel bread
  • 1 cup low fat sour cream
  • 1 cup low fat mayo
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

mix together, sour cream, mayo, chopped spinach and knorr veg. soup mix. Cover and refrig. for at least 3 hours to soften the soup mix. Cut large circle in bread. Scoop out the bread, cut into little sized pieces.
Pour mix into pumpernickel bread.
serve with cut up bread.
