Ingredients

  • 1 Lb chicken cutlets
  • Flour
  • 1/4 Cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 Tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Cup white wine
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Medium sliced onion
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tsp worchester sauce
  • 1 Can tomatoes, diced
  • Sliced fresh mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Rub chicken with flour
Heat oil in a pan
Add chicken and garlic-brown
Add wine and remaining ingredients
Cover and simmer gently until tender, about 1 hour

*If juice boils out add more wine and tomato juice
