Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1 c. water
- 2 med. onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can consomme soup
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer rice in water until water is gone. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Heat soups together. Add rice to onion mixture; stir well. Spoon into deep casserole dish. Pour blended soups over rice, but do not stir. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir mixture and cook for another 30 minutes.
