  • 1 boneless beef steak
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp red paprika
  • 4 bay leaves
  • A dash of pepper
  • salt
  • 6 whole allspice
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut beef into thin strips ( half inch thick). Brown onion in oil then add 1 tsp red paprika, stir and add the meat. Let the meat brown for a while then add salt, a dash of pepper, allspice, bay leaves and then cover meat with water, add salt and let cook. When the meat is almost ready add 1 tsp vinegar. In a mug, take some flour and add 2% milk (like you would do to make a gravy ). Use enough to thicken the. sauce on the meat. When the sauce is thick let cook for 1 - 2 minutes and take off the heat. Serve over noodles or pasta of any kind.
