Pork Chops ( Paula Deen's )
French Onion Pork Chops
- 4 boneless pork chops
- garlic powder
- 2 packs french onion soup mix ( I would only use 1 pack )
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 400 degree's,spray baking sheet, bake on top shelf, bake 35 - 40 minutes turning every 10 minutes.
In a bowl beat the egg's & set aside.
In another bowl mix together the breadcrumbs & soup mix.
Coat the pork chops with the beaten egg, & then with the breadcrumb mixture, be sure to coat both sides of pork chop's.
Place pork chops on baking sheet & bake as directed in beginning.
