Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 8 ounces chocolate
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Convection oven 325 degrees.
10x15 pan with edge.
Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolk, vanilla and then flour.
Spread evenly in a cookie sheet (10x15 with edge)
Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Convection oven 325 degrees 17-18 min.
Break up chocolate bar over the warm cookies. Return to oven for 1 min. Remove from oven and spread
chocolate evenly over warm surface, sprinkle with pecans.
Cut into squares while warm. cool in pan and remove to cookie tin when cooled.
