Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 tsp. Carob Powder (or cacao powder)
- Small Handful of Fresh Mint
- 1/2 tsp. Spirulina Powder
- 1/2 – 1 cup of Vanilla Almond or Coconut Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Pour your milk in the blender and set it to the lowest setting, add in your powders and let them mix into the milk completely. Turn off the blender and add in your solid foods and herbs. Put the lid on and turn your blender on high and blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses and sprinkle with carob or cacao chips and/or a sprig of mint.
