CANDIED SWEET POTATOES

Ingredients

• 6 med. Sweet Potatoes cooked
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 cup Corn Syrup
• 1/4 cup Butter or Margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and cook all but Sweet Potatoes for 5 minutes.

Pour syrup over drained potatoes in baking dish.

Bake 350-20 mins.
