Ingredients
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (not packaged)
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 16-ounce package precooked bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Cut the top off each cherry tomato. Using a melon baller or a sharp knife, gently
scoop out the seeds and pulp. Place each tomato upside down on paper towel to
drain In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stuff each cherry tomato
with at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
Tip: To keep the tomatoes from rolling round, line the serving tray with chopped
parsley, chopped chives or chopped fresh basil.
