Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs about 1 pound
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 1/3 cups stuffing mix for chicken, crushed fine
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cover baking sheet with foil
2. Spread chicken thighs with egg substitute. Place on foil covered baking sheet,
3. Empty stuffing mix into a pie plate
4. Roll each piece of chicken in dry stuffing mixture. Return to baking sheet.
5. Bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes.
