Ingredients
- Combine in separate bowl:
- Cut 6 small zucchini in thin slkes and simmer in 1/4 cup water and 1/2 tsp salt until almost tender. Shake pan to keep them from sticking. Drain and set aside.
- 1/4 cup sour cream 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp grated cheese 1/2 tsp paprika

Step 1
stir over low flame until cheese melts. Remove, from heat, stir in 1 beaten egg yolk and 1 Tbsp chopped chives.
Put the zucchini in well greased casserole. Pour over cheese mixture and dab with butter. Cover with some grated, cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 375 F. for one-half hour.
