Ingredients
- I buy 3 lbs or more of rump roast or sirlon tip or round steak- cheaper to buy roast on sale & slice across grain to strips.
- Brown in oil & add to crockpot with pan drippings.
- Add several cut up pieces celery, 2 green peppers ( can add these later if u want crisper) carrot & onion.
- Pour 1/2 cup of low sodium soy sauce ,garlic & 1/2 bottle or 1/3 of stir fry sauce(house of tsang) I get at Walmart or many other stores.

Step 1
Cook on low until all tender 5-6 hours.
Then add a can of water chestnuts, mushrooms & chop suey noodles. All drained.
I then add 1 tsp or so of sesame oil & more stir fry sauce to taste.
Thicken with 1tbs of cornstarch mixed with litte cold water.
Serve over rice with chow mein noodles in can on top & siracha to taste. My whole family loves it. You can do it all night before & put in am
