Crazy German Applesauce Meatloaf

Ingredients

• pounds pounds ground beef
• 1/2 1/2 1/2
• pound pound ground pork
• 1/2 1/2 1/2
• cup cup onion, finely diced
• 1 1 1 cup applesauce
• 1 1 1 cup bread crumbs
• 3 3 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 2 2 2 teaspoons salt
• 1/4 1/4 1/4
• teaspoon teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Let cool 10-15 minutes. Turn the loaf out of the pan. Slice and serve.
