Italian Wedding Soup

  • Soup stock
  • 9-12 boullion cubes (as necessary)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach (cut leaf)
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup pastina

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare soup stock. Add the onion and 9 boullion cubes. Bring to a boil.

Roll the ground beef into tiny meatballs with your palms, and throw them into the boiling soup. When all are added, turn heat down and add spinach and pastina. Cook another 5 minutes or so. Taste to see if you need to add more boullion. Enjoy!
