Ingredients
- 1 pack family cantoon noodles (9.4181 oz)
- 1 pack Bihon noodles 8 oz.
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 large onion
- 5 T soy sauce, divided
- garlic
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 10 oz green beans
- 1/4 head of cabbage
- 4 T cooking oil, divided
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c water
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up all vegetables.
Cook chicken with 1 T oil. Cook about 15-20 minutes. Chop up meat and set aside.
Place Bihon noodles in water and set aside.
In pan, add 2 T oil, onion, and green beans, and 2 T soy sauce. Cook 4 minutes. Add carrots and stir. Add meat and cook 2-3 minutes with lid on. Remove lid and stir. Add cabbage and celery. Cook 1-2 minutes with lid. Transfer mix to a bowl.
Drain water from Bihon noodles. In skillet add 2 c water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes, 3 T soy sauce, 3 T oil, 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cover and bring to a boil. Add Bihon noodles and stir. Crush canton noodles and add to skillet - keep stirring. You may need to add more water if mixture becomes too dry. Keep stirring until noodles are done. Add bowl of veggies and meat. Keep stirring or noodles will stick. Stir until heated through. Remove from heat.
