Ingredients
- 1-1.5 LBS Ground Chuck
- 1 LB Mild Italian Sausage (Ground)
- Box of Spaghetti Cooked per Box
- 3 T EVOO
- 1 T Butter
- 1 Yellow Onion Chop
- 1 Green Pepper Chop
- 3 Garlic Cloves Sliced
- 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 Dashes Italian Seasoning
- 2-26 oz Cans Tuttorosso Tomato Sauce/Diced Tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Sugar to Taste
Preparation
Step 1
Large Stock Pot, Medium Heat, Brown Chuck & Sausage, Drain & Set Aside.
Add EVOO & Butter to Pot, Saute Onions, Pepper, Garlic, Worcestershire & Italian Seasoning Until Soft.
Add Tomato Sauce, Bring to Low Boil. Add Chuck & Sausage, Lower Heat to Simmer. Cover, Simmer for Hours.
Add Salt, Pepper & Sugar to Taste.
Serve Over Spaghetti, Garnish with Parmesan Cheese & parsley.
