Ingredients
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano, divided
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp water
- 4 boneless/skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cup spagetti or marinara sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1
Combine bread crumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp Oregano, basil, salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine egg and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with crumbs. In a skillet, cook chicken in butter until juices run clear.
Meanwhile, heat spagetti sauce, garlic salt and remaining oregano in saucepan. Spoon over cooked chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
Serve over pasta.
